Moving In?
Reach out to us before 6 pm, Monday thru Friday (when the offices close) to make sure you have everything you need to move in. Your new space may have a combo lock or zip tie to secure the unit until you get there. Make sure to bring scissors or check your messages for the lock code. This extra step is because we complete a 12 step checklist for every unit before clearing it as ready to rent, and we want it to stay nice for you.
What Unit Size Is Right For Me?
When it comes to self storage, one size certainly doesn't fit all. Whether you're downsizing, relocating, or simply seeking a clutter-free environment, understanding storage unit sizes is crucial to optimizing your storage experience. Let's walk through them real quick...
Small Units: These are our 5x10 units. These units are perfect for those looking to store a few boxes, seasonal items, or small furniture pieces. If you're decluttering a closet or freeing up space in your office, a small unit can be just what you need. Our student renters love these, as its perfect to fit items from your apt or dorm room for the summer.
Medium Units: Medium-sized units (our 10x10 or 10x15 units) strike a balance between convenience and capacity. Think of them as a spare room for your belongings. Ideal for storing the contents of a studio apartment or a small office, these units can accommodate furniture, equipment, extra storage totes and boxes.
Large Units: When you're transitioning between homes or need to store the contents of a two-bedroom apartment, large units provide ample space. They're also suitable for businesses seeking to store inventory or equipment. With room for multiple pieces of furniture and large items, these units offer flexibility and room for growth. You won't feel claustrophobic and you'll be able to access your things easily.
Some more tips to help you make a decision: make a detailed list of items you need to store, this will help you visualize the space required, consider future needs, utilize vertical space if you can and if you need to access some items while in storage, remember to leave a clear path to them.
Worst case scenario - if you choose the wrong size, don't worry! We can transfer you into another unit, hassle-free. As always, our knowledgeable team is here to guide you in making the right choice.
Moving Out?
Let us know at least 7 days before you plan to move out, the earlier the better. Please note that all rentals are month to month and your rent is NOT prorated on move out, so you have until the last day of the month or your lease period to move out. Once you have vacated and the unit is completely empty, please take a picture of the unit (with the unit number in the photo or an adjacent unit number) to save for your proof.

Units with items left inside are subject to a cleaning fee.
How do I make payments?
We accept credit or debit payments through our online portal or over the phone. As of December 2022, we are no longer accepting "paper" payments such as checks or cash. All payments must be made by debit, credit or e-check. Please give us a call with any questions!
When can I get to my unit?
You can get to your unit anytime, as long as your account is paid! Past due or delinquent accounts will have a red lock on them unfortunately so please reach out to the office and once your account is squared away, give us some time to get that lock off for you!
